Starting Fresh: Introducing Highperformr— Our Dream, Our Mission, Why Now and Whats Next.
Hi Friends! 👋
The words of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam have always inspired us:
And boy, did we have a dream that's kept us up many a night.
Our story begins with a simple intention - share our experiences and expertise with the community via growthstore.xyz. But as we delved deeper, we realized that pressing the 'publish' button was easy. The real challenge was not creating content but "distribution" - the ability to engage consistently with our community and grow our audience.
And let's be honest, if we, as seasoned professionals, found it tough to scale our subscriber base, how tough would it be for growth marketers everywhere? This realization was our eureka moment, igniting our passion for solving this pressing issue.
Restless nights gave birth to our startup.
With our deep expertise in demand generation and passion for building problem-solving products, we were sitting on a unique founder-market fit. This convergence of our strengths and a shared vision sparked an unstoppable fire in us —a fire to redefine the landscape of business growth.
But here's the kicker: our dream isn't just to solve a problem.
It's audacious, it's bold, and it's daring.
We're set on building a $100 million business that disrupts the status quo and reshapes industry standards.
This ambitious dream fuels every step we take, inspiring us to push boundaries, challenge norms, and carve an extraordinary path into the future.
This dream makes us leap out of bed each morning, ready to change the world, one business at a time.
The Problem Today:
As a growth marketer or a creator, envision this scenario:
You've designed a product or service that you're confident delivers immense value. You're ready to launch it into the world. The logical and increasingly popular choice for this launch is social media. The extensive reach and real-time audience engagement it offers transform these platforms from a 'nice-to-have' to a 'must-have,’ forming a crucial bridge to your customers in this digital-first era.
HubSpot's launch of ChatSpot.ai is an apt example.
To ignite interest and engage their target audience, they harnessed the power of social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. They encouraged user-generated content, fostering organic word-of-mouth marketing and effectively positioning themselves as a Gen AI-focused CRM. This strategy not only built a community around their product but also secured them a significant mindshare in their market.
HubSpot's example is typical. More and more businesses and creators increasingly turn to social media to organically promote their products and services. As businesses transition from reckless growth to sustainable growth, the role of social media platforms in nurturing authentic customer relationships and driving organic inbound growth is becoming increasingly recognized.
But it's more complex than it seems.
You've got a sea of tabs open on your computer and apps on mobile - Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok. Each one demands unique content - in both form and factor that needs to resonate with its particular audience - Twitter users want snappy one-liners, LinkedIn expects insightful thought leadership, Instagram needs visually appealing graphics, and TikTok is about consuming shorter video bites. The landscape is fragmented, with each platform’s language, nuances, and audience.
The art of creating content for each is a juggling act. Consistency is vital, but it takes a lot of manual work to maintain when juggling multiple platforms.
Then there's engagement. It's more than just creating and uploading content on these platforms; you need to be present, interact, and respond, and that now also becomes your lead generation vehicle. This requires time, effort, and, often, a team to manage. Your inbox is overflowing with comments, DMs, and @mentions from multiple channels, and you need to catch up.
And then, with all of this, you want to measure and get to know what's working and not– welcome ‘analytics’. The data is all there but in bits and pieces across different platforms. You lack a unified view, making it challenging to grow your audience, measure your performance, and evolve your social media strategy.
You're managing more than just social media but navigating a complex maze. You try to piece together different tools, but it's still fragmented and time-consuming.
To top it off, the current tools are more focused on ensuring a social presence rather than driving inbound growth.
The result? An inefficient, chaotic process that leaves you drained and distracts you from what you truly want to do —growing your business, your brand. This is the reality for many businesses, growth marketers, and creators today.
The Problem Tomorrow:
Fast-forward a few years, and today's challenge has grown exponentially.
According to recent data, there will be around 4.8 billion social media users globally in 2023, a clear indication of the escalating trend:
Diverse Platforms: New platforms like Insta threads, Twitter Spaces, Substack notes, or Instagram Reels are mushrooming, each catering to unique interests and demographics, demanding exclusive content styles.
The dominance of Gen Z: Gen Z isn't just a trend but a new majority. They're digital natives, living and breathing social, but not just on conventional platforms. They're harder to reach than ever before.
Increased Complexity: Instead of juggling five platforms, imagine handling a dozen, each clamoring for unique content, timely responses, and strategic insights. Your toolkit might have grown, but so has the confusion.
Scattered Data: Data is spread across different platforms and interfaces, making it a challenge to have an integrated understanding of your audience.
Incumbent Tools Falling Short: Incumbent tools like SproutSocial, Hootsuite, and Buffer, while ensuring a social presence, fall short in an era where social media's role in demand generation is pivotal. Not having an AI-First solution means businesses risk falling behind and becoming irrelevant amid the noise.
This escalating complexity isn't limited to marketing teams but extends across the organization. Whether it's HR trying to bolster their employer brand, the sales team nurturing leads, customer support offering real-time help, or internal communications fostering company culture.
Our Mission and Solution:
Enter HighPerformr.ai
Our mission is to empower businesses with tools to grow their business, starting with social media management.
In the next 12-18 months, we'll kickstart our mission by revamping social media management. What's traditionally been a complex task will become a streamlined, efficient process, shifting the focus from mere social presence to driving demand generation. And we'll be doing this using the power of Gen AI.
With HighPerformr.ai, we’ll offer the following:
AI-First content curation & creation
Publishing & scheduling with automation
Engagement through Rebox (AI-screened smart inbox)
Measurement through Analytics
AI-First Social Listening
Link-in-bio
Employee advocacy
Support 20+ social platforms, including Twitter, Insta, Reddit, Facebook, and Youtube
The current ecosystem is cluttered with standalone, specialized tools that often work in silos - Sproutsocial & Buffer for social scheduling, Mailchimp for email marketing, Substack for paid newsletters, Gumroad for digital product sales, and Linktree for digital resumes.
This disjointedness often leads to inefficiencies, making digital growth a more daunting task than it needs to be.
In the long term (2-3 years), our unified, AI-powered platform is designed to solve this, combining the essential features of these tools into a seamless, single solution. We aim to streamline the digital growth journey for businesses, cutting through the chaos and complexity of managing multiple tools.
Huge & quickly growing market (TAM)
HighPerformr is navigating a market that's large and growing yet ripe for innovation:
Social Media Management: Now at $18.57 billion, it's set to balloon to $95.79 billion by 2030 due to the rising complexity of social media.
Link Management: Valued at $1.5 billion in 2020, it's expected to reach $5.7 billion by 2025 as businesses strive to streamline their digital footprint.
Email Marketing: A $20.62 billion market thriving, reflecting the enduring power of email engagement.
Digital Commerce Platform: From $11.67 billion now, it's expected to soar to $53.2 billion by 2033, riding the digital product sales wave.
Overall, HighPerformr's addressable market currently sits at $52.36 billion and is set to grow to $155.41 billion. This represents a vast market opportunity for HighPerformr.
We'll tap into this expansive market, starting with Social Media Management. As we grow, we see significant opportunities to segment and expand into other booming sectors such as Link-in-Bio management, Newsletter Marketing, and Digital Commerce.
Ultimately, our vision is to compete in the larger Social CRM space (CRM 3.0)
Empowered by Gen AI, we can disrupt incumbents and redefine the landscape of digital business growth.
Why now?
Here's how we're stepping into the scene:
A Market Ready for Innovation: While incumbents like SproutSocial and Buffer have laid a foundation, they only serve less than 1% of global businesses. A huge opportunity lies ahead.
AI-First: Legacy platforms might retrofit AI as an add-on, but that's like adding a fresh coat of paint to an old house. We at HighPerformr are AI-First at the core.
Beyond Social Presence: The current market is overly focused on social presence. HighPerformr steps up the game, aiming to drive demand growth.
HighPerformr is ready and positioned to spearhead the next era of social media management.
The time is right, and the time is now.
What’s next?
We're not just dreaming big but actively working to turn our vision into reality.
Here are some of the exciting things that we have on our horizon:
